For teams running lead ads

Ad leads go straight to a salesperson

You pay for every form someone fills in on Facebook or Instagram. Kordeva gives each one to a salesperson with the person’s answers attached, sends the first WhatsApp and later shows which campaigns turned into sales.

How paid leads get wasted

The export happens when someone remembers

Leads sit in the ad account until somebody downloads them, pastes them into a sheet and shares it round.

Two people call, or nobody does

With one shared sheet, no one is sure which rows are theirs.

The ad report stops at the form

Facebook counts how many forms were filled in, not which campaign’s leads went on to buy.

What changes with Kordeva

The first WhatsApp goes out for you

While your salesperson is on another call, the new lead already has a welcome from your number with that salesperson’s name in it. A form filled in at 2 am gets its welcome when your quiet hours end.

At 9:12 am Olivia Bennett fills in a Facebook lead ad. In the same minute Kordeva opens her opportunity, hands it to Daniel Hughes automatically and sends her a WhatsApp welcome, which she reads on her phone.

Start the call from their own answers

Your ad form’s answers, such as budget, postcode or the best time to call, are on the lead’s record when it arrives. Your salesperson reads them first and skips the questions already answered.

On her phone, Olivia Bennett fills in a Facebook lead ad form: monthly electricity bill 240, roof type pitched with asphalt shingles, best time to call weekday evenings. The same three answers appear under Form answers on her record in Kordeva.

See which campaigns turn into sales

For every campaign you see the leads that arrived, the ones your team moved forward and the ones that were won. You compare campaigns by what they sold, not by how many forms came in.

Results for the campaign Spring rooftop offer in Kordeva: 412 opportunities, 354 past the New stage and 47 won, drawn as three bars that narrow. Below, one bar shows where they came from: 268 from Facebook, 65 percent, and 144 from the web form, 35 percent.
