Counts at the top show what is unassigned, what is yours and what is open across the team. Each row names who holds the chat, and Pick it up moves one from Unassigned to you.

When Olivia Bennett writes, the message goes straight to Daniel, who holds her deal, and he is notified. Only people who have no salesperson yet wait in Unassigned.
Turn a stranger’s message into a deal
Someone new writes in asking about a roof assessment. Choose what they are asking about and open a deal, and the chat moves onto it so nothing is typed twice.
